In the second of a two-part series, learn the importance of maintaining a strong fund balance and cash reserve as well as best practices for board policy in this area. Attendees will improve their understanding of how the overall district budget works and the concepts of fund accounting while gaining confidence in their advocacy on school funding for their districts.
